MULTI-STORY RESIDENCE

Location: Nord district of Moscow.

The building is subdivided into two main parts - stilobat where located all public functions and the private part with all apartments. To emphasize this articulation was created the open garden between two parts.
The upper part of the project is subdivided into blocks grouped around a central core.
Each block of apartments has it’s own access to communal garden and shared amenities.
The design allows for large amounts of natural ventilation and daylight to permeate the entire structure.
The main target was to create comfortable conditions for living in multi story house by adding to the structure green pieces as public gardens.
